Empowering Young Minds: Through Specialist Support
We provide specialist therapy for children and young people aged 9 to 18, both within educational settings and privately.
Young people today face increasing pressures, such as
- School anxiety,
- Bullying
- Self‑harm
- Parental separation,
- Identity challenges
- Emotional overwhelm
Many are also navigating neurodivergence, including ADHD and Autism, often feeling misunderstood or unsupported.
Therapy offers a safe, structured space where they can explore emotions without judgment.
Sessions are adapted to developmental stage and individual need, creating an environment where young people feel understood, respected and supported.
Where appropriate, we collaborate with parents and caregivers to provide guidance and practical tools for the home.
When support is consistent across environments, meaningful and lasting change becomes possible.

Empowering Understanding Women & Autism
Autism in women and girls is frequently overlooked, misdiagnosed or identified late.
Many women with autism develop sophisticated masking strategies from an early age: mimicking social cues, suppressing stimming behaviours and working hard to "fit in. Leading to exhaustion, anxiety, burnout and a deep sense of not being understood.
How Therapy Can Help
We offer affirming, specialist support for women who are autistic, suspect they may be autistic, or are navigating a recent diagnosis.
Therapy provides a space to:
• Explore identity and self‑understanding without pressure to mask
• Process the emotional impact of late or missed diagnosis
• Develop sustainable strategies for managing energy and sensory needs
• Build self‑compassion and challenge internalised beliefs about being "too much" or "not enough"
We do not seek to change who you are. We work alongside you to build a life that fits.
